Should i make a reservation for my treatments?
Yes, We exist for your well being, and are here to guide you in choosing the ideal spa treatment for your personalized experience and to achieve your desired results. While making your reservation, please inform spa reception of any medical condition such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, known allergies or special needs that require our attention so we can ensure your experience is a pleasant one. Please feel free to contact the spa with any questions concerning the treatments you are interested in choosing for your spa visit.
When should i arrive?
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your schedule time. This allows sufficient time for you to check in, change and begin to enjoy your spa experience. Please understand that your treatments will be end on time so as not inconvenience to the next guest.
Allergies
Allergies Our spa host will ask you regarding any health-related issues or known allergies.
Do you accept credit card???
Yes, we accept major credit card & cash.
Considerations
To preserve our tranquil environment please silence your cell phone upon check-in so it does not disturb others.
What if i need to cancel my reservation?
We hope you do not have to cancel, however, we understand that plants can change. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least three hours in advance. Reservations cancelled with less then three hours notice will subject to full charge. If you simply need to change your reservation to another time, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can accomodate your request.
What should i wear?
This is you time and we want you to enjoy it, so wear whatever is comfortable for you. We will provide you with a robe & slippers when you arrive at the Spa. During treatments, our therapist are trained to drape you appropriately at all times.
Should Man shave before facial?
Yes, for the best result we recommend that man shave few hours before their facial.
